Hello everyone and welcome to “King Made Brand”
I tell you, life will definitely throw curve balls at you! I've experienced so many traumatic events at a young age: poverty, gangs, drugs, to my father putting me out of our home at the age of 14, the same year my mother passed away, intensifying the turmoil in my life. I haven't lived with a parent since.
On 3 different occasions, I was even faced with some life threatening times, held at gunpoint, trust me it's an experience you would ever want to succumb to! Yet, in a moment of solitude and weariness, I found myself yearning for change. God began working miracles in my life, pulling me out just in time before I ended up in prison, dead, or lost to addiction. “God had a different plan laid out for me”.
The outcome of my youth actually worked out in my favor. I felt like it was no one else but GOD when I met my pastor at the age of 16. That’s when I came to know our heavenly father and from that point on, my faith has never changed.
To speak more about why I was inspired to start the brand, it was in 2020, when we faced a global crisis- the pandemic. Watching the sickness and death happening in the world from this crisis, it was at that moment that I felt the urgency to strengthen my faith.
I alway knew that there was a calling in my life to minister to the God's people. I just didn't realize it would be through a clothing brand that would serve as a reminder to God’s people to maintain a spiritual connection over worldly concerns. So here we are today, “King Made Brand” is walking in God's will.
I should have always known because I would get my sweaters airbrushed with my nickname “Made King '' on them and would always talk about creating my own brand. This is God's ministry and He wants me to use it in this way, so here we are today.. Look At God Work!!
